Social distancing, masks, sanitizers and temperature checks are all required.

Upon arrival, every person must wash their hands using the outside Hand Washing Station, Sanitize Hands, Maintain Physical Distancing, sanitize hands and Complete the following forms:

 

1. Covid-19 Self Assessment Questionnaire as required by Public Health

2. Guest Registration inclusive of Govt ID and vehicle registration information

3. Room Inventory Checklist on Check-In and on Check-Out
